Raid Flea Spray

Raid Flea Spray is a product designed for controlling tick and flea infestations in homes. The product works by killing the insects on contact. Unlike other insecticides, the spray is non-staining and comes with a pleasant smell.

How to Use the Spray on Ticks and Fleas

First take out the pet bedding. Clean it or throw it away. Get the spray and use it on the sleeping places of the pets. You should also spray floors, wall cracks, doorframes, windows and baseboards. You must also spray carpets and rugs because fleas like to hide there.

After applying the sprays, put the newly cleaned bedding place. It’s a good idea to treat the pet before putting them back into the bedding. If the infestation is heavy, you can use Raid Flea Spray with the Raid Roach and Flea Fogger.

How to Use the Spray on Dogs with Fleas or Ticks

Don’t use the product until you have read all the instructions on the label. It must be emphasized that the spray is only for dogs. If your dog is old, pregnant or debilitated, consult your vet before applying the spray. To spray, hold the animal and spray a foot away from it.

Spray just enough to dampen its coat. Do not over spray.

If the dog has long hair, ruffle its fur and spray. Spray behind the hand. For uniform application, rub the dog’s coat. Don’t spray on the head or any part of the face. If there is a tick infestation, spray on the tick itself.

This spray shouldn’t be used on dogs less than 12 weeks old. This should not be sprayed on wounds either. Avoid spraying on the anal and genital area. Bathe the dog in water and mild soap if allergic reactions occur. Consult your vet if the allergic reactions persist.

How to Use on Crickets, Silverfish and Roaches

Use the spray in pipes, baseboards and at the back of cabinets and bookcases. You should also spray in other storage places as cockroaches conceal themselves there. If you see the insects, hit it directly.

Keep this product out of reach of children. Don’t let the spray make contact with your skin, eyes or your clothing.

After you use Raid Flea Spray, wash your hands with soap and water. It is important that the spray not come into contact with food. If there is a fish aquarium nearby, cover it before using the spray.
